Biochemistry and Biophysiscs

 

We use biochemical and biophysical tools to validate the structures and the models that we generate.

We employ enzymatic assays in vitro and in E. coli to study protein activity and functionality. 

We use MicroScale Thermophoresis (MST) system to assess and to quantify the protein-protein (or protein-ligand) affinity.We also use BIACORE Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR), MicroCal Isothermal Titration Calorimetry (ITC), Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS), and Analytical UltraCentrifugation (AUC).
